Property Management

With over 100 years experience in various tenancy types and constant changes in legislation we know that we are the right people to protect your investment and we try to treat each individual property as if it were our own.  Our management services include:

  1.  Rent collection and accounting to you either monthly or on a quarterly basis.
  2.  Dealing with tenants reports of repairs or other issues, obtaining estimates for repairs, obtaining your instructions and instructing Contractors on your behalf.
  3. Ensuring that all health and safety issues including annual gas safety checks, electrical safety and legionella, etc are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  4. Regular inspections of your property with written report following each inspection.
  5. Advice on tenancy renewals and rent increases.
  6. Liaising with your other professional advisors covering any matters that may arise out of a particular tenancy.

Our Property Managers are qualified and have many years experience.  All financial matters are supervised by our Director who is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

As Chartered Surveyors we are qualified to supplement our management packages with other services often required in respect of tenanted property.  Matters such as the diagnosis of complicated defects and necessary repairs, insurance valuations and valuations for taxation purposes.  As an established client you would be able to take advantage of our discounted fee packages for this type of work.
