Do not rely upon a Mortgage Valuation when buying your next home.  This is the advice that UK Finance, Solicitors and Surveyors give.  So many people confuse a Mortgage Valuation with a Survey and move into their new home only to find that there are items of repair and serious and expensive defects that they did not know about.  Get a Survey and make sure that your next home is the house of your dreams and not of your nightmares.

All of our Surveyors are professionally qualified, have a great deal of local knowledge and regularly undertake professional updates in the form of continued professional development, conferences, seminars and lectures.  We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.

When making probably the single largest investment of your life, not to have a Survey can be an expensive mistake.  Remember you are always protected by the Code of Conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and all of our Surveys are backed up by a large Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.  We have streamlined our Surveys to provide concise, accurate and cost effective information and the two types of Report that we offer are:

RICS Level 2 Survey and Valuation – This aims to help you :

  1. Make a reasoned and informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property.
  2. Make an informed decision on what is a reasonable price to pay for the property.
  3. Take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs.
  4. Consider what further advice you should take before exchanging Contracts.

RICS Level 1 Survey – This Report focuses purely on the condition of the property by giving ratings to the different parts of the building and flagging up any areas that need attention.

Prices for RRICS Level 2 Survey and Valuation start from as little as £495.00 plus vat and £395.00 plus vat for the RICS Level 1 Survey .

Protect your investment by investing in a Survey.

Please contact one of our Surveyors if you wish to discuss a Survey in relation to your next purchase.
